Our teachers are accredited with degrees from a variety of universities in an array of disciplines, including several who hold Master's degrees in their discipline, and are Ontario Certified.

More importantly, our teachers have a deep desire to share the love of God and the greatness of His creation with every student.  They are passionate about integrating a Biblical worldview into their curricula, and to encouraging students to discover for themselves what it means to live out their faith in all areas of life.

Current Vacancies

Development Director

RCHS is now accepting applications for the position of Development Director. The main responsibilities of the Development Director are:

  • Being a contributing member of the capital campaign committee.

  • Providing administrative support for the capital campaign.

  • Developing and expanding the donor, supporter and alumni base of RCHS.

  • Promoting connection with the donor, supporter and alumni base of RCHS.

The successful candidate will display these Key Qualities:

  1. Must have an active faith in Jesus Christ accepting RCHS Statement of Faith.

  2. Excellent communicator in person and on paper including experience creating promotional materials and promoting events on social media.

  3. Familiarity with and passion for Christian Schooling.

  4. Strong ability to multitask.

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience organizing data digitally.

  6. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with various committees and donors.

  7. Financial and budget management experience

This position would be 3 to 5 days per week. Start date would be as soon as possible.

Compensation will be paid according to the Edvance Administrative Support Personnel Compensation Report, Category 3. Salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 depending on credentials and years of experience of the candidate.
