TUITION INFORMATION
Tuition Information for 2026-2027
Tuition at Redeemer for the 2026-2027 school year is set at a rate of $17,200 per family plus an additional fee of $2,500 for each additional student per family.
In order to make Redeemer’s education accessible to as many families as possible, there is an automatic tuition reduction for families whose total income is between $132,308 and $73,846. For these families the family tuition rate is calculated as 13% of the total family income, which will be less than the $17,200/family rate. The additional student fee still applies.
Redeemer also offers an automatic family tuition discount of 25% to families who also have younger students enrolled in our partner Christian elementary schools. (Ambassadors Christian School, Community Christian School, Maryvale Academy, Ottawa Christian School, St. Timothy’s Classical Academy, Timothy Christian School) By applying for this discount, families agree that verification may be requested from the partner school.
In addition to the tuition discounts mentioned above, Redeemer also has bursary funds available to assist families with tuition payments. For information on how to apply for these bursaries please email businessmanager@rchs.on.ca.
Please email businessmanager@rchs.on.ca in situations where the calculation of family income can be complicated (e.g. divorce or marital separation), for instructions on how to calculate your tuition prior to completing the tuition pledge form.
Student Account Fee
At the beginning of the school year, $200 is credited to each Student Account to cover school-related incidental expenses such as cafeteria purchases, athletic team fees, yearbooks, and student council activities. This amount will be added during your tuition calculation process.

Family Volunteer Program
Redeemer's Family Volunteer Program encourages families to offer their time and talents for the benefit of the school community. Two-parent families are required to complete 30 hours, and single parent families are required to complete 15 hours. If hours are not completed by the end of the academic year, a fee of $400 will be charged for two-parent families, and a fee of $200 will be charged for single parent families. If part of the hours requirement is completed, the fee will be reduced proportionally. Parents can find more information about this program on Edsby, or by emailing info@rchs.on.ca.
Membership
Please note that as per government regulation, membership at Redeemer Christian High School is not included in tuition. If you are a parent or guardian, you are not automatically a member of the corporation unless you apply and pay the yearly membership fee. Contact membership@rchs.on.ca for more information.
After-Tax Cost of Education
Canada Revenue Agency considers religious education to be a charitable activity. Redeemer, as a registered charity, is permitted to issue a charitable receipt for the portion that may be over and above the cost of education. The cost of education is the cost of providing the non-religious portion of each student’s education. This number is determined annually, following CRA rules and regulations.
