Students in this course will have opportunity to develop skills in basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, badminton and fitness.  On certain occassions they will get to play other games as well.  In the classroom they will learn about Leadership, Healthy Relationships,and Digestion-Nutrition-Body Image.

Flag Football, Soccer, Leadership, Basketball, Badminton, Relationships, Volleyball, and Digestion-Nutrition-Body Image

There are two major assignments in this course:

Refereeing - Students will get to referee in a sport of their choice.  The sport must be one of the sports taught during the course. They will have opportunity to practice refereeing with teacher feedback before a final evaluation is made.

Relationships in the Movies - Students will watch a movie that features at least one couple in a relationship.  They will be responsible to watch the movie on their own time and answer a discussion sheet provided by the teacher.  The student must first get signed approval for any movie they chose from both a parent and the teacher.
