To place an order:

1. Fill out the order form (available at the office or see the Order Form page on this website) and return it to the office with payment (cheque, cash, or signed note permitting the student account to be used).
2. If the item is in inventory, it will be given to the student right away.
3. If the item is not in inventory, it will be ordered at the NEXT bulk order deadline (September, November, March, May).
4. When items come in, students are notified to pick them up at the office.  It is generally taking between 3 and 4 weeks for items to arrive.

Back orders:

Sometimes certain items in specific sizes are back ordered.  This is out of the school’s control and generally we do not know when specific items will be coming in.  If we are notified, we pass that information on to students.

Special orders:

Special order items take 6-8 weeks to come in.  There is no extra charge for special order items (ie. Extra length on pants, kilts and shirts).
