Redeemer endeavors to provide an athletics program that will help students grow physically, mentally and spiritually.  By providing higher level competition, Redeemer is helping young adults train in and benefit from hard work, mental focus and spiritual discernment.  Specifically, benefits from this program include health, fitness, motor proficiency, teamwork, respect for authority, discipline, self-control, the pursuit of excellence and an ability to deal with success and failure.
