Redeemer offers both inter-scholastic sports and lunch time intramural sports programs. Participation in inter-scholastic activities is a privilege.  All students registered at Redeemer are permitted to try out for a sports team.  Team members are then selected to form a team that seeks excellence at the personal and team level.  If an athlete is looking for a less competitive and more relaxed game, our intramural program would be an excellent option.  If an athlete wants to push himself or herself to a higher physical, mental and spiritual level where hard work, and team work are taught, then Redeemer Athletics is the place to be.
